Upneeq is a prescription eye drop solution specifically designed to address the appearance of droopy or sagging upper eyelids, a condition known as ptosis. Ptosis can make you appear tired, aged, and less alert than you feel. Upneeq provides an effective, non-invasive solution to enhance the appearance of your eyes in as fast as 15 minutes. Upneeq contains an active ingredient that stimulates the muscles responsible for lifting the upper eyelids. Upneeq is typically used once daily, in the morning. Before applying Upneeq, ensure your hands are clean and dry to prevent any contamination. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using Upneeq. You can reinsert your contact lenses after at least 10 minutes. Gently tilt your head backward, looking up at the ceiling. With one hand, use your index finger to gently pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket. With your other hand, hold the Upneeq bottle over your eye and carefully squeeze a single drop into the pocket created by pulling down the lower eyelid. Ensure that the tip of the bottle doesn't touch your eye or any other surface to maintain sterility. Close your eyes gently and blink a few times to distribute the medication evenly across the surface of your eye.After administering Upneeq, wait for at least 5 minutes before engaging in any activities that require clear vision, such as driving. Be sure to follow the instructions provided with Upneeq.
